The Skarman & Skarman Tailor Made Search Programme uses a proven and tested approach to candidate selection composed of the following stages:

• Stage 1 – Preliminary analysis.

Centre on expanding knowledge and penetration of the company and of the position in question.

• Stage 2 – Job description.

Prepare and propose a clear description of the position. This description constitutes the basis of the search for potential candidates.

• Stage 3 – The search process.

Identify suitable candidates. At this stage, Skarman & Skarman will directly and confidentially make contact with the best potential candidates.

• Stage 4 – Evaluation of candidates.

Study candidates through interview methods and discussions. Candidates are retained where they possess the professional and personal potential to  succeed in the available position.

• Stage 5 - Presentation of candidates.

Present to the client the profiles of short listed candidates. Skarman & Skarman participates in initial joint interviews and follows the negotiations through to their conclusion.

• Stage 6 – Integration of selected candidates.

Oversee both the client and the selected candidate throughout the initial 6-month period of engagement.
